The player is surprisingly good. Very responsive and intuitive to use. The key thing will be to continue to offer updates and new music. Other artists starting to use it would be interesting as well.
that's what i got from the reviews. i think the longer term user base is pretty narrow - i.e. would never be interesting for the apples of this world - but could be a solid biz for him and a secondary income stream for artists. all depends on the artist remuneration model that's attached to it - haven't seen much about that
