Hello my friends,
If you work (from home) for a corporation I’m guessing the number one question you get asked is:
“When are you going back to the office?”
The more critical question, however, is:
“How are you going back to the office?”
Many left the office building for the last time more than a year ago and now companies have a choice to make:
Request that hesitant employees return to their place of work.
Or:
Embrace the benefits, and drawbacks, of continuing remote work.
For creative industries, it may be an existential decision.
If another company offers the flexibility and trust, and you don’t, where do you think the talent is going to go? — It would be ironic to survive a pandemic and not the return to work.
For many, Work / Life Balance has taken on a whole new meaning.
